We uphold the highest standards in health and safety to keep our clients safe.
COVID-19
Please arrive promptly for your appointment and cancel if you are sick, have a cough, sore throat, experiencing a fever or have traveled outside of the State of Massachusetts in the past 14 days.
Please call or text me when you are outside and I will let you know if I’m ready for you. Please do not arrive early.
If possible please try and pay with a credit card, Venmo or Zelle. You also have the option to prepay for your service when booking your appointment.
Facial covering (nose and mouth) must be worn at all times while in the salon, except during treatment.
The salon will be thoroughly disinfected between each treatment using industry-standard sanitizing supplies and a HEPA air filter is being used to recycle the air up to 5x per hour.
Guests are not permitted. No exceptions!

Late policy
If you arrive 10 minutes late past your appointment, I cannot guarantee that your service can be completed and you may be asked to reschedule.
cancellation policy
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, I kindly ask to give a 48 hour notice. Anything after 48 hours will result in 50% of the service booked. FAILURE TO DO SO, NO CALL NO SHOW, or SAME DAY CANCELLATION will result in a 100% fee of the service booked. By scheduling an appointment you are agreeing to all policies.
Kid Policy
Please no kids allowed in the treatment area.
