cancellations & rescheduling

Please cancel or reschedule your appointment at least 3 days in advance to avoid a cancellation fee.

• Cancellations or rescheduling 1–2 days before your appointment will incur a fee of 50% of the scheduled service price.
• Same-day cancellations, same-day rescheduling, and no-shows will incur a fee of 100% of the scheduled service price.

All cancellations and rescheduling must be completed through Vagaro.
